For the Chefs Thibaut Fisher and Emmanuel Willer, the best cuisine is the simplest and tastiest. Between specialities that could only come from Alsace and fresh seasonal produce, our kitchen double act - Fisher and Willer - will take you on a voyage of culinary sensations to discover the Kempferhof’s legendary tartare, one of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Or the risotto with its truffle garnish or even the monkfish fillet, flavoured with lemon and nibbed cocoa beans served with squash and star anise, to celebrate the arrival of autumn.

Creativity, flavour and generosity are the watchwords of the Chefs at the iconic destination, the Kempferhof Château and Golf Course. The bistronomic restaurant guarantees the freshness of each and every ingredient. All the dishes are made in-house and with passion, using regional produce sourced from local Market Gardeners. The organic kitchen garden is also one of the great culinary assets of the Kempferhof’s restaurant and has become a “go-to” destination in the Alsace region!
